While you have full access to a control panel for your website, most of our customers never need to log in — and that’s by design. We manage every technical aspect of your hosting for you, including WordPress performance optimization, ongoing monitoring, software updates, and routine maintenance. Access is there if you want it, but our job is to make sure you never have to use it.
We don’t publish hard usage limits on our hosting plans, because most websites never come close to needing them. If you have a question about your hosting, expect higher-than-usual traffic, or need something outside our standard setup, just reach out — we’ll work with you directly to figure out what makes sense rather than forcing you into a rigid tier.
We’re also open to hosting partnerships, including reseller hosting arrangements for the right fit — contact us to talk through the details. That said, our primary focus is hosting the websites we build for our own customers, so that’s where you’ll get our full attention.
