FAQ
Will you help me deploy if I don’t host with you?
Yes — even if you’re hosting elsewhere, we’re happy to help with deployment. Since setups vary from host to host, this work is billed at our hourly rate. We’ll walk you through what’s needed before getting started so there are no surprises. Simple sites can be migrated in about an hour but custom deployments could take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.
Can I pay to have software made?
Yes — while our core focus is website builds and hosting, we do take on custom software projects on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and tell us what you have in mind; if it’s not something we can build, we’re happy to point you toward someone who can.
Do I really need a website for my business?
In most cases, yes. People Google a business before they trust it even ones they hear about through a friend. A website doesn’t just bring in new customers, it makes the ones you already have more confident choosing you. The real question isn’t “do I need one,” it’s “how much is it costing me not to have one.”
Can I make changes myself after it’s built?
Absolutely! Since we build most sites on WordPress, you’ll get your own login plus hands-on training to show you the ropes. Edit visually and see your changes in real time — update text, swap seasonal promos, adjust menus, and more, all without touching code.
What if it breaks?
We’ll always hand off a fully working website. If you or another developer make changes after launch and something breaks, we charge our hourly rate to fix it. If you host with us, we handle all routine maintenance and keep your site running smoothly at no extra charge.
